Lawsuit Fear Hinders Physician Adoption of Medical Innovations



TNS parent company, Jackson Healthcare today released another series of press releases based on the survey of physicians on the practice of defensive medicine. This release address the fact that the fear of a lawsuit has delayed the adoption of medical innovations. According to the survey more that half (53%) of the physicians reported the delayed adoption of medical innovations such as new pharmaceuticals, procedures and use of medical devices due to fear of litigation.
