Missouri Nurse License is Now Compact


Missouri's Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) became effectve today, 6/1/2010. The NLC is an agreement between states to recognize each other' licensees. Missouri follows 23 other states that are compact status: Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Delaware, Idaho, Iowa, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Mississippi, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah,Virginia and Wisconsin.
